What we cannot help with

- “Will my visa get approved?” Visa decisions rest entirely with the embassy or consulate of the destination country. We can’t predict approval. We can only describe what those authorities typically look at.
- “Can you file my visa for me?” No. We’re a media company, not a visa agent. We don’t collect documents, we don’t submit applications, and we don’t have a back office that processes anything.
- “My application was rejected, can you appeal?” We can’t represent you. For appeals, please consult a licensed immigration lawyer in the destination country.
- “What’s the status of my VFS application?” Only VFS or the embassy can answer this. Use your VFS reference number on their official tracking portal.
